Lucas and Keralee helped us out if a jam by reprioritising jobs to get water going in our bathroom so that we could bath our new born during heavy rain. Fantastic service from start to finish.Max , the plumber was assigned to fix a pipe leak inside the wall.He found the leak in no time and fix it without any hassles. He explained to me clearly what was happening and how he was going to fix it . He did a great job and it patched up neatly the brickworks that needed to be cut open for him to do the work. I'd recommended Lucas and the team to anyone. I've needed quite a lot of plumbing work at my house over the past 3 months. Lucas was very helpful talking through the issues and the possible solutions and turned a very stressful situation into one that was manageable. Top notch crew. Oh and the outdoor shower they installed at the end of the process is my new favourite thing about the house.

We discovered our sewage pipe was blocked late on Sunday night when raw sewage was backing up into our shower cubicle, and I put out an SOS to Lucas, whose number I had received from a good friend. He was there at 8am the next morning, and within a short time had located the blockage in the drains with his camera, and had done a preliminary unblock so that we could use our toilets and shower. The whole length of pipe to the street was full of roots, and since we don’t want the same happening again, we organised for him to return today to do a thorough clean of the pipes. He and his assistant fully informed us of what was going on, worked quickly and efficiently, and left no mess behind. He has advised us what to do going forward, as the pipes are likely to fail in future years, and we will probably go with his solution. His prices were very reasonable, and all his work is guaranteed.A friendly, responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, and all-round lovely team, who will now be our go-to plumbers! Wanted to share our review after basing our decision on who to call, on them being local and having great reviews. We had an urgent issue that involved a whole tonne of tree roots which had broken into, filled, and broken our sewerage pipes. The boys came out and had us fixed and going again in under a week, even though they were super busy. Expensive, but other quotes were the same and some much more. It had to be done. We woke up the Friday before the long weekend with sewerage backing up at the side of our house. Lucas and his team rearranged their appointments for the day so he could come and investigate the problem. Max and Ash then came the following morning and worked their Saturday to make sure we weren’t going to drown in our own excrement! Communication, cost and reliability were all excellent, I can’t recommend Wild Water Plumbing highly enough.
