Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They explained what needed to be done and have a quote for us before commencing the work. They were able to come within a few days and we appreciated that as we are about 30kms from their Northern Beaches base. On completion the area was left clean and tidy. We have used them several times and recommend them highly. All the staff including reception are very focused on excellent customer service.

I’ve had Lucas from Wild Water Plumbing out to my place twice now and have been really impressed both times. The first visit was to look at an issue with my zip tap - he took the time to diagnose it properly, was upfront about the problem, and didn’t charge a call-out fee.He came back this week to fix a blocked shower drain and was again reliable, professional and clear in explaining what needed to be done. He resolved the issue quickly and made the whole process straightforward.It’s refreshing to deal with a tradesperson who is honest, reasonably priced, efficient and easy to work with. Lucas and the team are just so responsive. Had a struggle relighting the pilot light this morning and he came and sorted it within 20 mins as he was passing and didn’t make me feel like a fool! Nice guys, good advice and really responsive.

Fantastic service from start to finish.Max , the plumber was assigned to fix a pipe leak inside the wall.He found the leak in no time and fix it without any hassles. He explained to me clearly what was happening and how he was going to fix it . He did a great job and it patched up neatly the brickworks that needed to be cut open for him to do the work.
