As our strata plumbers the WWP team are friendly, reliable and professional, and always do a great job.

Wow what can I say about wild water plumbing except how professional, helpful, genuine knowledgeable and friendly they are! I have used multiple different plumbers for residential and business jobs and I would not use anyone else but these guys!

We couldn’t be happier with the work Lucas and his team did relining our pipes. It was a major and complex job requiring expertise, precision and careful management. Lucas and his specialist relining colleague handled the entire process with great professionalism.Communication was excellent throughout. They kept us fully informed about what the work involved, explained what to expect at each stage and also liaised with our neighbours to ensure everything ran smoothly. They also shared a video of before and after. We really appreciated the care, skill and attention to detail they brought to a job t. We would highly recommend Lucas and his team to anyone needing plumbing or pipe relining work.

exceptional professional service, immediate response, detailed further feed-back and elaboration on the findings. Great professional guidance!

I highly recommend Lucas from Wild Water Plumbing for his exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. The quality of his work was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.I also really appreciated his patience and support when dealing with a particularly arrogant and rude handyman. He handled the situation professionally and respectfully, while making sure I was supported throughout the process. It’s not often you come across someone who is not only highly skilled at their trade but also genuinely helpful and respectful. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy plumber.

Lucas came to check for a suspected shower leak. He found it was just a lack of silicone and the need for re-grouting the shower. What could have been tens of thousands of dollars in a bathroom renovation will be a little over a thousand dollars to re-grout the shower. Whilst he was there, Lucas kindly checked on an issue that had popped up with the hot water heater. Lucas was friendly and professional. I will definitely be booking him in for any future plumbing work and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Lucas and the team recently sorted out our stormwater drainage issues and completed all the plumbing for our kitchen and bathroom reno. Lucas went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, even finding and fixing additional issues beyond the original scope.Clear communication, punctual, very reasonable pricing and tidy work. Easily the best plumbing crew on the coast, Highly recommended!

Wild Water plumbing came highly recommended to me and they definitely did not disappoint. Had a toilet replaced and the job was done quickly, looks great and for a great price.

Lucas from Wild Water Plumbing has been great to deal with. He’s helped us with several issues, including replacing our water heater and repairing a broken sewer pipe. He’s knowledgeable, reliable and explains things clearly, with practical advice about what needs to be done. We’ve been more than happy with the quality of his work and would definitely recommend him.

Amazing service and communication. Highly recommend.

I contacted Lucas at Wild Water Plumbing due the complexity and the potential costs to rectify water issues identified in a pre-purchase Pest and Building Report. Lucas is a specialist in his field as he had the training, technical knowledge and experience that I needed to be able to make an informed decision before purchasing. He is so professional and generous with his knowledge he is the first plumber I have ever spoken with that mentioned the impact on your health living in a damp environment. He is a great communicator as he described how he would approach a solution in a holistic way. This included the investigation, assessment and remediation process including landscaping that I hadn’t even considered. I will always be grateful to have Lucas as a resource for my new home.

Wildwater Plumbing are simply the best! Always prompt communication, courteous, reliable and very professional. We highly recommend Lucas and the entire team at Wildwater Plumbing.

Lucas and the team at Wild Water Plumbing have been out go to plumbers for many years now. They are the best for customer service and reliability. They have gotten us out of a few sticky situations and always been reasonably priced. If you are looking for honest reliable service on Sydneys Northern Beaches or Central Coast give them a call.

My builder recommended Lucas and the team at Wild Water Plumbing, mentioning that they approach plumbing issues with a bit more thought than your standard service. He was spot on.During our renovation of a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Bateau Bay, we uncovered a significant issue with rising damp and water ingress along the southern side. Rainwater was washing directly against the foundations, causing considerable moisture damage to the interior walls.Lucas came out for a thorough inspection and didn't just offer a quick, standard fix. He and his team are highly pragmatic and think outside the box to address the actual root of a problem. They properly waterproofed the foundations and installed an Agi drain system that now efficiently redirects all the stormwater. It works brilliantly.Lucas, Ben, Max, and Ashe spent three full, consecutive days on site. They were incredibly reliable—showing up exactly when promised and working hard all day. Beyond their professionalism, they were just a great crew to have around. They were friendly, approachable, and clearly enjoy the work they do.A special mention also goes to Katarina, who manages the admin side. It makes a huge difference when you call a business and have a genuinely kind, responsive person to speak with. She goes out of her way to ensure everything runs smoothly and that you feel completely taken care of.Lastly, the cost. For a significant job requiring real expertise, the pricing was highly competitive. Compared to other trades and jobs I've managed, I always felt their quotes were fair, transparent, and entirely reasonable.I’ve attached a few photos of the completed work. I highly recommend Lucas and the Wild Water team if you need clever, reliable plumbers.

Excellent service attended by very knowledgeable and professional technicians

Lucas and Ben have provided excellent service on several occasions over the years. They are responsive and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They explained what needed to be done and have a quote for us before commencing the work. They were able to come within a few days and we appreciated that as we are about 30kms from their Northern Beaches base. On completion the area was left clean and tidy. We have used them several times and recommend them highly. All the staff including reception are very focused on excellent customer service.

The team at Wild Water Plumbing are always going above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are super helpful, professional and diligent. Highly recommended!

Really happy with Lucas and his team's visit last Friday. They replaced taps, fixed a few things that had been on my to-do list, and then offered to level the washing machine and dryer too — which was a bonus. so grateful! Left feeling like a few things were ticked off my list more than I thought. Would 100% use again and recommend to anyone looking for a plumber!

Lucas has been nothing short of amazing since meeting him last year. He is personable, reliable, hard working, honest and really knows his stuff. We are so grateful to have had his skillset on board for our new home and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber on the northern beaches of Sydney ☺️

We had a big, dirty job requiring excavation, which produced a lot of rubbish. The team all mucked in and left the job clean and completely transformed. Prompt, reliable service. Thanks

I’ve had Lucas from Wild Water Plumbing out to my place twice now and have been really impressed both times. The first visit was to look at an issue with my zip tap - he took the time to diagnose it properly, was upfront about the problem, and didn’t charge a call-out fee.He came back this week to fix a blocked shower drain and was again reliable, professional and clear in explaining what needed to be done. He resolved the issue quickly and made the whole process straightforward. It’s refreshing to deal with a tradesperson who is honest, reasonably priced, efficient and easy to work with. I’ll continue using Lucas for any future plumbing work and would confidently recommend him to others.

After trialing many plumbers for things around our home, I can stop looking because Lucas is the best! On time, super clean, spent extra care to fix a tricky problem and was very transparent & honest about costings. Super friendly and even followed up a few days later to check the issue had been resolved. Thanks Lucas & Team WildWater!

Very grateful to Lucas and his team, they squeezed us in at the end of the day for what I’m sure was an annoyingly small job for them—but was never made to feel like a pain.Wish I knew about their Plumbing Inspection before purchasing our property, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Lucas and Keralee helped us out if a jam by reprioritising jobs to get water going in our bathroom so that we could bath our new born during heavy rain. They are now doing a job for us which will hopefully fix some long term plumbing issues at our property. Thanks for your help guys Greg Claire & Chloe

Great experience from the get go. Requested call back - it happened. Lucas called, assessed our issues, then got straight on to it, faster than we expected. He was open and honest about costs and inputs, and in the end saved us a great deal and educated us at the same time. Our go-to plumbers henceforth.
